Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati (1901-1925) lived a life infused with joy, humor, adventure, and exuberance, all of which radiated from a heart deeply devoted to Christ and to serving the poor. What a model for us all of a life lived fully and lived for others with the days that we are given. Pier Giorgio Frassati is a patron of students, youth groups, and mountaineers. His feast day is July 4.

All of my portraits of saints original drawings were created with black Prismacolor pencils. This media choice was to insure a maximum contrast of black and white rather than the grey of graphite. The benefit is that all of my saint prints are the exact same size and contrast as the original drawing.
